OK, Lizzy. They got tricky and installed their software UN-registered. That's why Revo doesn't see it. The paid version of Revo has an option to deal with that, but I'm not going to ask you to go that route. We'll uninstall the normal way then run CCleaner. Right click that Reimage Repair and choose uninstall. It might try to get you to do other things, but make it just uninstall. Go away! If it takes you to some website, get out of it, close your browser.

Last one...you told me they only had a chance to run a scan and CCleaner before you stopped them. Doubt there is anything to revert. Do the last option.

If it comes up and says it needs to reboot, and gives you the option of NOW or LATER, pick LATER.

Yes. Run the files portion. Then the registry. When it prompts to save the registry before it deletes, say yes, and let it default to the save location and name. Run the registry part twice. Things called dependencies. Techie stuff
