Note: If you can get Task Manager open, you could do File>Run New Task, type CMD in the box, press enter, and an admin command prompt will open. Then you could type in systemreset.exe. That will start the Reset process.

Open Task Manager using Ctrl+Alt+Del, or right-click in an empty space in the task bar and select it.

The Reset process completely resets your OS, removing all files and programs.

Is it too late if it's already installing?

Yeah, I just started the setup and it asked me for a key, I had no other option than to proceed with "I don't have a key".

I'm guessing I'll have to live with the Activate Windows Watermark until I buy another key?
"I don't have a key" is exactly what you want to do. Once the OS is installed, the system goes online and contacts the activation servers, it will activate automatically.

Yes, too late. You'll be okay.

    Yep. You were right.

The installation finished, I looked in the System Properties and it said "Windows activated"
    Sheesh...

Making sure all my drivers are installed now, all that stuff.
To make sure that doesn't happen anymore, could you recommend me any antivirus programs?

Thank you so much to everyone for sticking with me and helping resolve my issue.

    Congrats!
    Let's make a few recommendations:
    1. For a free AV, perhaps Avast; for a paid version, ESET.
-Use a layered approach, Anti-virus and anti-malware; i.e. Avast + Malwarebytes (both have free and paid versions); also can use SuperAntiSpyware (free or paid) to clean out the system on occasion. Please note the free versions of MBAM and SAS require you to open the program, update the databases, and run the scans all manually.
    2. Make system images, so that when things like this happen, you can simply restore an image and be back in business quickly. Macrium Reflect has a free version, as well as paid, and makes images to an external hard drive, which you can automate. Most everyone around here uses it (including myself), and it's a super program. I set mine up for weekly images, and usually keep half a dozen in my backup drive, in case one goes bad for some reason.

    Hi.
I think you need to use an admin command prompt or admin powershell:

    Code:
Get-BitsTransfer -AllUsers | select -ExpandProperty FileList | Select -ExpandProperty RemoteName

Okay! I tried the Admin command prompt, since the power shell didn't do anything when I put it in.

I don't believe I've seen the random window since I've put the cmd prompt code in the first time, but I decided to do this thing anyway just in case. I'll keep on the lookout for it.

Check task scheduler and see if there is a task in there that might be using bitsadmin. Try to match the schedules of the tasks to the times that you see the window popping up.
