    Windows Security Alert popup

I'm dying with this problem, here's an image of what keeps popping up every time I open an app
I keep pressing to allow the app through private and public but once I open the app again the popup appears, I've formatted my laptop twice and went back to Windows 8.1 but it still appears, the problem is even if I allow the app through firewall it still won't work properly, for example it won't allow me to send and receive using SHAREit, please help.

Is it always for qBittorrent? I know that many torrent sites were banning W10 when it first came out.

    EDIT: Have you tried this?

As I asked earlier, is it always for qBittorrent?

You don't have another firewall running on the system right? Just Windows Firewall, right?

Let's try running the system file checker to see if there is any corruption. Open an admin command prompt and type
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
. It should complete with "no integrity violations found".
