Polite bump and request for the favor of a reply, please.

We are excited about Malwarebytes 3.0 and its new features and capabilities.
The Malwarebytes forum is awash with pages and pages of posts about its strengths and areas for improvement, as one might expect.
The sheer volume of posts and answers (many from non-employees) makes it difficult to find direct, credible, consistent information.

As such, many of us here would most sincerely appreciate:
    • Answers to our questions; or
    • A "placeholder" to say that a response will be forthcoming; or
    • A negative reply to say that no response will be forthcoming.

Thank you again for your time, trouble and consideration.

    MM

I have a question about 3.0. Will it be available as an upgrade from the 2.0 version? What I am saying is.... will I get a notification saying to update to 3.0 when running MBAM, or will I have to manually download the new version?

3.0 is out now, the released version, if you go to the 1st page on this thread. I never got any notification telling me to update to new release. The 1st page gives you the download link, IF you want to upgrade to 3.0

But it won't tell me I need to update it to 3.0 from the old user interface though. Correct?

Okay. Thanks, @OldMike65. I wished it would have. Guess I'll do it manually then.

There are some bugs in MB 3.0 but, nothing serious, we should see some updates for 3.0 soon I would guess.
