Malwarebytes stopped offering lifetime licenses after 24-March-2014.
The infrequent Newegg.com discount code offers have always been legitimate.

Newegg does not offer illegitimate lifetime keys. Lifetime keys stopped being sold in mid-2014.How does it compare to some of the Newegg offers?
