    Hello @jrolson

In a few systems that issue was discovered, and corrected, earlier this week within MB4 for Windows 4.5.8.191 - CU 1.0.1666. After a clean uninstall with the Malwarebytes Support Tool (MBST), a reinstall with this week's new MB4 Offline Installer will correct that issue:

    https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline

Prior to running the new MB4 Offline Installer, a prudent verification of its checksum must yield:

    SHA-256 = 7baab2176145a4eb02b3ff3c01810851454a8a83c4e767d5e190c2482094d621

Please reply to this topic with the results of the clean re-install. Thank you.

Redownloading the file and installing did the trick. Thanks

    Hello @Caledon Ken:

Rather than deal with an issue that only a very few are skilled with, please seriously consider opening your own topic within https://forums.malwarebytes.com/foru...-help-support/ and let a qualified expert assist you.

We do have some folks here that are able to deal with BSOD problems, most/all self taught though, I too recommend to contact Malwarebytes so they may be able to fix any problems they find in helping you.
