Great news, glad you got everything fixed. Now would be a good time to make a complete image backup using the free version of Macrium Reflect, then do regular image backups to a 2nd drive. :)

Right there with you, images created. Last one was 7/29/17, restore was going to be my next step if reset did not do the job. All in all about a 5 hr job with verifying my MS account, bookmarks, email set up and on and on.

New Beta 3.2.1.2008 CP 1.0.182 released today.

If you have the new option Beta Application Updates ON you will get a notice when it is ready to install. Also you can turn it ON and manually run Install Application Updates.

Or you can download from here:

I got the popup notice and clicked install and all is good. Looks like the slow shutdown has been fixed and Scheduled Scans are carried over.

A couple observation about the Beta.

The 2nd Beta 3.2.1.2008 now offers a 14 day Free Trial for the Premium version. I have not tested this as I have spare lifetime licenses.

The slow shutdown problem has been fixed. My Laptop is back to normal.

Under Settings - Applications, the Beta Applications Updates function has now been activated. If you set it to ON you will get a popup notice when a new beta is available. I got a message from MB yesterday about this and they first released Component Package 1.0.182 to test the function and ask me to test it. It worked and then they said they would be releasing the new beta shorty which they did.

The option I referred to is Beta Application Updates at bottom of page. Is that what you are talking about?
