Did a test on this priority thing. Seems when MB says Low Priority, they really mean Lower Priority. I fired up a manual full scan on C: so I would have time to check taskmanager. It was running at normal priority, not low. Both the UI and service. Check this yourself to verify. If true, that's ok with me!

Have not checked that yet TC ....BUT my manual scans used to take about 1 min and 20 sec's (Rootkits enable) now it takes 57 sec's ....Nice...:)

Edit: Mine is Always set at High priority in settings. (Manual Scans) :)

You need to set the low priority for manual scans in settings

Sorry to hear that, Clayton. Maybe an un-install and re-install would do it. Possible you had something messed up already in the current install, and it got sick.
Who knows. This is a pretty much "bone stock" machine that I keep clean. I have only one/two real issues, Excel and Word both hang on opening after an extended period of sleep. That just started recently and have no idea about it.

These kind of things apparently happens to me without any input on my behalf. I'm the guy that gets to the check-out register and the scanner won't read the barcode on whatever I'm trying to buy. If there's a flaw in the system, I'll find it.

As for this update, I'll just wait on the app updating itself when the official release comes out.

Just looking at your system, do you notify the electric company before you bring that system up?
