Eh, no offence but I don't just trust random people who are not like CounfMike or JohnCL.
In order for SHA1 or the MD5 checksums to be the same between your ISO and another user's ISO file they would have to be infected with exactly the same virus at the exact same location. No offense, but you really are being paranoid at this point.

I downloaded my 32/64 bit Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft Tech Bench so it won't have the same SHA1 or MD5 checksum as the ISO saved from the Media Creation Tool.

Ok, I get you. But doesn't extracting the ISO and then scanning it work or am I just being dum. I've asked this like 3 times and have reviewed no response except for MDA and the other thing. So can you answer it now. LOUD AND CLEAR!

Yay! Sorry for being partially paranoid but are there files that are in the ISO which when extracted won't be processed by and Anti-Virus. Basically, a file that can not be extracted. Recommend me a tool to scan the extracted folders.
    Thanks,

Just right click it and click Open With > Windows Explorer. It will emulate a disk drive including every file. Use the antivirus to scan the "disk drive".

So "You" said, that open it with File Explorer and scan it. Does it have EVERY file that is in the ISO.
