Well I can't see anything that is wrong, nothing new has been installed since this started happening.
May be time to try an alternative firewall. Privacyware private firewall looks ok..
Sorry to hear about your ZA and not being able to fix it. Have you tried asking tech support at ZA ??? Anyhow, their are lots of firewalls to choose from. Their is a forum on here just to talk about firewall apps. You might want to check out that form on here.
The firewall I use lots of folks don't care for. :) I use Norton 360 Premier.. Just for your info, I used to own and use ZA years ago. :) Good luck....

I have tried various firewalls over the years, but stuck with ZoneAlarm as it will reject a IDENT Packet, where as most just block it.
I'll take a look on the forum.
Just installing Comodo. It asks to install a lot of junk which I don't like..
Depending how I get on with that, I may try Privacy Firewall - that used to work well on Windows 8.1
