    Well bitlocker it's not really cracked. They got the keys from a working laptop with separate tpm chip. Can you get the keys from a dead pc or laptop? No! Can you get the keys from a machine with ftpm? No! Can you decrypt a hard disk without the pc or bypass the keys? No!

    The headline is misleading. The TPM was cracked, BitLocker wasn´t. I wouldn´t expect too much security of a TPM in a 10-year old laptop...
