    Batch file to empty quarantines

I have at least five folders in x32Win10ProV22H2 that are named Quarantine. I have tried unsuccessfully to empty them using a batch file with various codes suggested by Google. Are folders name Quarantine immune from auto-emptying ? If not, can I please get batch file code that would be effective. I've seen many suggestions to use Powershell - and would do so, if it is in batch file format.

Thank you for showing me that.
When I did that post I lost hope that it would appear as a thread because 'Oops something went wrong. Try again later' was prompted - which I have become used to in that forum - and about which I have asked help (in THIS forum ?).

I tried to answer to the replies in that forum but was prevented from posting. So I ask you a favour - if YOU are not excluded, would you please post my reply to the question 'What created the folders ?' - It is :
AdwCleaner; FRST; IObit Malware Fighter; Avast\IDS, MBAMService and Windows Defender.

'I think that is the nature of quarantines.' - It would be really useful to get a definitive answer to that.
