    Is this malware?

    Is this done by some chrome extension malware?
    How to stop it?

    This problem just happened again now.

    Using chrome, in google.com I searched for free version of Kaspersky free version of Kaspersky - Google Search (screenshot https://i.imgur.com/ibWdDtV.png ) then I open the first result in new tab and it loaded the correct url Free Antivirus Software 2023 for all Devices | Kaspersky listed in google search first result, I open the second result in new tab and in the new tab I saw this url (for a few seconds) https://r.linksprf.com/v1/redirect?type=linkId&id=4ea3cd90e931b9e233fe16ff&api_key=8d1c3d5cd712f43cf29eb30697f4ef12&site_id=d9e6b69843b3476194b2e987f5ed9923&dch=feed&ad_t=advertiser&yk_tag=156 then it auto redirect to Kaspersky Cyber Security Solutions for Home and Business | Kaspersky (which is not the same url listed in the google search second result Kaspersky Free Cloud Antivirus Download 2023 | Kaspersky )

    Chrome history shows first link I clicked as Kaspersky Cyber Security Solutions for Home and Business | Kaspersky and the second link I clicked as r.linksprf.com (screenshot of history https://i.imgur.com/3zsCuRT.png )

    I cannot control, the url will just randomly take over some of the links that I click. It just happened again now and I have added the information in my post [Add info] section.

    May want to run AdwCleaner. Personally, I would uninstall and reinstall Chrome and do a full scan with your AV and another free scan of an AV of your choosing (Malwarebytes, ESET, Norton, etc)

    As stated, download ADWCleaner, scan and delete anything it finds. Follow with a Scan from Malwarebytes. Scan and Quarantine anything it finds.
    Then set Chrome to Defaults Reset Chrome settings to default - Google Chrome Help You do not need to uninstall it and reinstall it.
