Stop Windows Security Defender "Quick Scan Due" Warning?

it took me a while, and a little bit of digging, to get the windows security virus scan to stop with the automatic quick scan, yet now im seeing that its giving me a "quick scan is due" warning as a result......if i want to scan for stuff, ill scan on my own time, not when this app tells me to

beyond running a quick scan manually and letting it do its thing, is there a work around of sorts to turn off the "quick scan is due" warning? its reminding me a little bit of all the annoying McAfee "you got junk files, you can save money, blah blah blah" popups i kept getting when i had McAfee Livesafe on my desktop

if by the scheduled quick scan in task scheduler, then yes, but the other three (cache maintenance, cleanup, and verification), i have left alone
