@tening, your Malwarebytes log show you did not quarantine the bad files, and they do need to be removed !! There is a lot of bad files there !! Then re-post a new MBW log !!
    Which one?

The Malwarebytes detects several viruses after finishing full scan of my laptop.
The only available option is to Quarantine of all files of viruses, there is no Delete option.
After getting info from you, then I decide to full rescan of my laptop using Malwarebytes.
But I don't need to do full rescan of my laptop because there is an option so that I can delete all of viruses in my laptop.

This is the screenshot of the options:

What to do after deleting these files of viruses?

    Hi

the most interesting detection in the screenshot is KMSpico, could refer to your OS or any MS office software on your comp being non-genuine

I highly do not recommend downloading programs as such.
Please obtain your programs in a moral and ethic way.

You most likely downloaded a different "free" application that contained a virus that infected your computer.

    I was looking at this:
Low Memory Error Caused by Virus-image.png
That looks like a very long list.

I'm not here to reply in any negative way; I just came by to help. I just want you to be really aware that hackers who post "free" applications sometimes contain viruses in their releases that could possibly lock up your computer, until you send them some sort of ridiculous amount of BitCoin (in the thousands of US dollars), just to give you hope that they would unlock your computer. Once they notice you send them a lot of money, they will even ask for more money before even giving you ... more hope... of unlocking your computer. Etc...
Today's programming technology is scary. I just want to give you a heads up. I want you and your property to be safe from these malicious people out there. Be careful out there.

@tening, yes those are the ones to delete ! Now run another scan to make sure the MBytes log comes back clean or if i have to have you run another program !! Let me know the results !

I would suggest a free scan with the ESET Online Scanner.
    Go to https://download.ese...linescanner.exe
It will start a download of "esetonlinescanner.exe"

Save the file to your system, such as the Downloads folder, or else to the Desktop.
Go to the saved file, and double click it to get it started.

When presented with the initial ESET options, click on "Computer Scan".
Next, when prompted by Windows, allow it to start by clicking Yes
When prompted for scan type, Click on Full scan
Look at & tick ( select ) the radio selection "Enable ESET to detect and quarantine potentially unwanted applications" and click on Start scan button.

Have patience. The entire process may take an hour or more. There is an initial update download.
There is a progress window display. You may step away from machine &. Let it be.

You should ignore all prompts to get the ESET antivirus software program. ( e.g. their standard program). You do not need to buy or get or install anything else.
When the scan is completed, if something was found, it will show a screen with the number of detected items. If so, click the button marked View detected results.
Click The blue Save scan log to save the log.
If something was removed and you know it is a false finding, you may click on the blue Restore cleaned files ( in blue, at bottom).

Press Continue when all done. You should click to off the offer for periodic scanning.

Please make sure you attach the log report.

Try another scan with MalwareBytes uless the last one came back clean & ESET is clean !!
