    Nice Thread.

To split the topic in two
How to delete yourself from internet searches
If there is forums sites that gives you the option to "edit" your posts.. instead of deleting posts with images try to replace the image with a blank image with the same filename.. Then wait a week until the site has made new backups, then delete the post.
I know Facebook is saving all deleted posts, images and private conversations in an "archive" or what they call it. So just deleting will still leave it on their servers even if it isn't public... But an edit post is still there and it will be replaced on the next backup scheduling.

But when it comes to google and facebook and some.. you is still in their hands with your data. Google "be forgotten" only removes you from the search engine in that country(if i remember right)..
Be forgotten on Facebook... I think you need to know one of the IT-guys so they can delete information and risking there jobs.

and hide your identity.. Yeah it is possible.. But it will cost you in the term of inconvenience.
No Google, No apple, No facebook, No amazon, No microsoft, No linkidin...
No accounts that can be be connected to you as a person or your location and always read policy term of use and data-collection policy's and all that fine print that often is gray text on white background so it should be hard to read.. and they WRITE WITH BIG LETTERS in some part to get you distracted so you lose focus. then it is under-page on under-page on under-page and walls of text so you should lose track of what you have read and not as some under-pages is loops so you get back to where you was two pages ago..
and if you start to feel this is a wall of text.. then imagine 19 or 25pages of text and gray text on white background.

Never use any free services as email, VPN etc.. Nothing is ever free.. you either pay with your data, money or your time.. or someone was kind to pay for you.
Always make sure your family and friends don't post pictures online you are in..
Don't have a job as politician VD or other high attention making positions.

To hide online you also need to know how internet works and what metadata is and how metadata works... Digital footprints and how to fake them.

But if you already has facebook linkedin and smartphone.. your privacy is already gone and it is hard to impossible to remove data you don't have own control of. Only a few that never have posted personal data, only them has the true option to hide there identity.

If you use the internet then then its virtually impossible to get any privacy. You can only limit it, one of the best ways to do this is not using any social media.

Actually one of the best ways is to never get on the Internet, have any form of consumerism, mail anything, go out in public.

    Hmm...

I'm also wary of webcams and RING camera connected devices.

    FWIW.

Exactly, social media and smartphones is the worst enemy. Then it is good to keep in mind there is differences in privacy and privacy..
Privacy from the big tech company's that makes money of your data and to be anonymous to the world is one thing and that can be done if you started from the beginning.
Privacy from your government, police etc. That is harder even if it can be done also... And you do not have to be a criminal to have the need to hide from your state, some countries don't have the freedom of speech etc.
