    Virus and threat protection window keeps spinning


    Is it normal for Virus & threat protection window to just keep spinning? It used to have an X and say something to the effect of disabled by administrator.

    Additional note: I posted this originally in How to Turn On or Off Microsoft Defender Antivirus in Windows 10 because this issue happened when I disabled Defender.
