@3nd You're choosing to place an interpretation on what I said that is not at all appropriate. Nor is it helpful in the least.somehow i think you already know that answer ...
if you want to diss free Revo ,in favour or your free Wise ,just say so .
i'm just trying to help and give options
ps. incase you think i'm being over sensitive , ignore this post ,and carry on
Very well, let me lay out the logic for you at length in logical numbered steps so that you might understand it.
The question here is simply a practical and logical one. Nothing to do with 'which tool is better' as you seem to think.
1. Given the remnants, a forced or custom uninstall where you use the tool to browse to such a remnant is one approach, albeit not a great one as I indicated.
2. The question then becomes - which tool provides that feature.
3. Which tool do I know provides that for free? Wise Uninstaller.
4. I don't know if Revo Free provides that as I only have Pro installed.
5. You suggest using that.
6. I therefore asked YOU to advise if Revo Free provides that feature.
7. Sadly, you have not done so.
8. Therefore it follows your post is useless and adds nothing.
9. Do you actually know if Revo Free provides this feature or not?
That would be helpful. Thank you.
a lot of my posts seems "useless and adds nothing", deal with it ...or type replies to your hearts content , i don't care lol.
as to your burning question , no , Revo free doesn't support forced uninstall , my bad , it's just that it uninstalls everything for me PLUS delete all the leftover files / registries and whatnots . Thought OP might give it a whirl .
as for Wise , i used it before , didn't like it , hence Revo FREE for me
PS. as for my inappropriate demeaner , i gave the OP another option to look into , and you have to come along with your
"can your tool do what my tool can?" post ...kinda felt like my post is belittled. but like i said, if i'm being oversensitive , just
move along ok lol.
and i know a guy of ur wisdom/knowledge probably knew the answer anyway.
