Windows security warning - Should I be concerned

I just got a Microsoft email warning from "Microsoft account team <account-security-noreply@accountprotection.microsoft.com>". Should I be concerned or ignore???

I did a Google search for "How do I know if my Microsoft security Alert is real?" and the most legitimate response appears to be Here. Initially it seemed scary but following the instructions I got a non-match. See the images.

I'm not beyond changing my hundred or so passwords that are linked to my MSFT account - and I will - if that's your recommendation. But checking this sub forum I see no mention of this threat and I'd like to be certain before I change PWs and notify my contacts of the change.

Thanks for your help and advice.
