WD full scan running on it's own

This is bugging me for some 2 monts and still didn't find a solution, basically WD will perform full scan against both of my drives every once a week or two and there is no option to stop scanning.
The only way I can force stopping full scan is to reboot or restart system, and even then it won't stop sometimes.

I though my GPO is misconfigured but I recently deleted my GPO but full scan still happened after that.
I'm now out of guess as what the heck is going on, I wonder do you guys have same problem? is that some new MS "security" to run full scan with no option to stop it?

What is annoing it will run full scan even when I play a game and it will consume 100% CPU and scan can last from 2-4 hours which is too much to get over, it feels like WD become currency miner of some sort but much more aggressive.

    Unbelievable! you nailed it.
There is a task, I've run the task on demand and that's it, that's the bad guy and now I know how to deal with it!

    Thanks.
