    Norton 360 block sending email

I've recently purchased Norton 360 and I think I have it configured properly? My problem is: I can receive email but I can't send them. I've contacted my ISP and was told that TCP port 25 was blocked and they couldn't open it? I'm not sure if the firewall is blocking outgoing email or the VPN?
Norton seems to be protecting many things, much better than 15 years ago, I just wish it would stop blocking me lol

Thanks: for any help Dave :)

You will not get 2H22 to work smoothly with Norton and whilst I appreciate you are not on 11 now when you do transition to 11, the problems with Norton will be even more evident.

I know you may find it hard to accept, but the way to go is Windows security and Microsoft Defender.
It is despite past criticism, a lot of which was in fact wrong, as people misinterpreted what was said, now highly rated by many independant security reviews and its over- riding advantage besides it being free, is that the compatibility with all aspects of windows is 100% - 100% of the time.

In fact it is now, with all aspects of the windows security, as comprehensive in its available settings, as many if not all of the third party products.

That all said, it is your computer and your choice.

To answer the specific question it may be this
    Message: "Email Error: [error number]..."

and as you cannot send I suspect Norton VPN included with the full edition of 360 is to blame
