Just for info. I don't add any but when using EMET on Windows 7 I configured it using information here:

However caution is advised. Wait for others to confirm.Many of you likely have an idea of which applications would benefit from having additional protections enabled. Below are some suggestions for Windows desktops:
* Any/all web browsers installed on your computer (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera)
* Entire MS Office suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
* Sun (now Oracle) Java
* Any media player (Windows Media Player, VLC, iTunes, RealPlayer, QuickTime, Winamp)
* Any software that waits and listens for a network connection
* Any application that can be automatically invoked by browsing the internet
* Any Adobe product that you see frequently listed within Adobe's Security bulletins and advisories.
You can actually break the OS by over utilizing these kind of features. This feature is used more in a Enterprise environment than personal. I would not add anything into the list.
