My Norton & Malwarebytes don't register to windows security center

Hi all. As the thread says. Before it registered, and it would tell me that Norton is my antivirus, so you could not change anything in defender unless you enabled it so that it was available alongside Norton. Now I have full access to the build in defender and no sign of Norton, even though Norton still works. In a way it's nice that the 2 works alongside, so if it's of no issue ill let it be, but what do you guys think? And what could be the cause of this?

Just remembered, I used a tool that blocks/disables defender or enables it. I disabled it, then re-enabled it, and when i did that this happened. I'm guessing reinstalling Norton and malware bytes will make it register again?

What would the benefit be doing that? It seems great to be able to work with both. Now the defender controlled folder access works and is nice to work with for an example. So I like it this way. But still, is it better this way or not? I have no performance issues. My cpu is at 8% load maximum when having firefox on while writing this, it goes from 5-8% on my i7 7700k. So There is no performance issue because I have 3 running antivirus/malware. Or would you call 8% a lot? And the ones that make it go to 8% is mostly firefox and "voicemeeter" my audio software. It goes up and down every 2 sec from 5-8%. That is low right? If i shut down firefox it will be much less usage on "idle". Just saying in case some of you would tell me ill get so much performance hog because of using 3 security software.

"Allow antimalware service to remain running always" -Not configured-

Look in gpedit for this. Under Microsoft Defender Antivirus.
