Hi. I need to be able to turn this on and off when i want, as i could before. By looking at msinfo32 i can see its on, but i still want to be able to change the setting in settings. I know i can disable it elsewhere but i don't want it greyed out in settings, help me fix it.

Thanks. Went to registry and i dont know why "Enabled" was on "0" and why LOCKED was there (if it's default being there) and then it was on "1" i think that was the one disabling it. I changed enabled to 1 and then locked to 0
