    Why does this matter anyways?
Why does it matter? Because I was testing you. I have reason to believe you have NOT flashed your phone with LineageOS since you couldn't even state the simple thing as you used ADP ADB and have such and such phone, like a Google Pixel phone. One of the most compatible for third-party smartphone operating systems such as LineageOS or GrapheneOS.

So you're probably running stock Google Android and are complaining about VirusTotal and Google. Yeah...

It is obvious that the OP never read the TOS for LIneageOS:

"When using our code review platform (Gerrit), you agree that:
    • During account creation, we collect your name, username, and email from a third party. This data is immediately made public.
    • Your name and email address will become embedded and part of the code, which will be publicly available. You understand that the removal of this information would be impermissibly destructive to the project and the interests of all who contribute, utilize, and benefit from it. You waive any right to request erasure, removal, or rectification of this information under any applicable privacy or other law and understand that providing this information is required to contribute to the project.

We will share the information we have with entities outside of LineageOS if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is necessary to:

    • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
    • enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
    • detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
    • protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of LineageOS, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law."

As long as the OS requires Android to run on the hardware, the OP will never rid their life of Google.
That is for the code review platform called Gerrit. Has nothing once so ever to do with using the third-party phone OS. In fact, it says the following at the very beginning:

    LineageOS said:
    OPT-OUT

You may opt-out of LineageOS device statistics via the Privacy menu in Settings on the device.
    As it pertains to this:

    LineageOS said:
    INFORMATION WE HAVE

Certain information (e.g. a device unique anonymized ID, device model, etc.) is transmitted to us solely for the purpose of measuring non-personally identifiable installation metrics. Unless otherwise stated below, this information is not used for any other purpose.

Information we store from the device
The unique anonymous ID of the device (this ID changes upon device factory reset)
    The device model
The version(s) of our software installed on the device
The country from which the device registered
The wireless carrier(s) to which the device is actively registered
Information we store from the contributions to our code review platform (Gerrit)
Email addresses for registration and to facilitate review
    Signed Contributor License Agreements (CLA)
IP addresses, SSH activity, and API access may be logged for rate limiting or to prevent abuse
Information we store for cursory services
Email addresses for registration to wiki and bug tracking software
IP addresses may be logged for rate limiting or to prevent abuse
Additional information you may provide us
Bug reports submitted to assist in providing support may contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). While we will do our best to prevent the collection of this information from processes within our control, your usage and submission of this data may contain PII and you should take steps to sanitize and validate this data prior to submission.

All of this stated in their Terms of Service is pretty much like a "cost of doing business" in terms of digital goings on with the project. But unlike Google's MASSIVE spying and from other companies, you can opt out here as is written. Besides, no one would use or contribute code this third-party phone OS if it was anything like Google, Apple, et al. Not only that, but this stated ToS is VERY small. You should see mine at my website. LOL The other thing here is this bit:

    LineageOS said:
    INFORMATION WE MAY SHARE

We do not share your information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of LineageOS unless one of the following circumstances applies:

With your consent (Submission of bug reports to our bug tracking platform is considered consent.)
    When legally required.

And about their code review platform called Gerrit. Those terms are there to keep the project safe and from idiots that would otherwise introduce bad code.

This is the Gerrit website. It's much like Github. Gerrit Code Review | Gerrit Code Review

No, just no. Just because Android is Google's open source ARM-based OS doesn't mean there's Google in it. It's a platform to build upon and that's what LineageOS and the others have done. Think of it as a framework like Chromium. Chromium is used for lots and lots of things. Even the Spotify desktop client I believe. Chromium is open source and can be used by anyone for any purpose.

The Chromium Project . GitHub It has a BSD license.

    Open Source - Spotify

See any Google? LOL Android . GitHub

What bothers me with sites like virustotal that are owned by google is that they keep a record of visitors data, ip adress and geolocation, os version, browser version, language, the typical package.
You can use VPN or TOR for uploading files. ProcessMonitor/SystemInformer check runnning executable as well.

Ah... not hosted by google but still connected to google analytics and google adversting.
You can use HOSTS or DNS to block Google entirely, I do on my main browser/Windows.
