    INTERNET BLOCKED. “Security or firewall settings might be blocking…”


    Hello.

    (On Windows 10 Pro/64b v: 21H2) I’m trying to restore my internet connection. Troubleshooting reports, “Security or firewall settings might be blocking the connection.

    I have Malwarebytes turned off—but Windows Defender turned on (tried turning it off too—but no differene.)

    I’m really bad at troubleshooting. It's like Greek to me.

    Have you been using any third-party tools to configure the Windows Firewall?

    Do you still get the same if you temporarily uninstall Malwarebytes?

    From a cmd prompt type

    ping adobe.com
    tracert adobe.com
    ping 172.67.183.216

    post results what errors do you get have you removed anything like avast or other security software
