    Core Isolation

Have purchased a new Dell desktop W10 Pro + option Update W11 Pro.
In Windows Defender under Device Security, Core Isolation.
Cannot turn on Memory Integrity due to driver incompatibility.
Contacted Dell to see if a new driver was available, no I have the latest.
Checked Bios which confirmed Virtualization was enabled.
As this is a very important security option.
How can I resolve driver problem?

What you have omitted to say is what exactly is the driver that is incompatible with Memory Integrity. To find out, try turning Memory Integrity on. Beneath your 'Scan again' button (and cut off in your screenshot) is a link that will tell you what the driver(s) are.....

There are two ways to resolve this: Either find a compatible version of the driver, or if it's not a driver you strictly need then uninstall it in Device Manager.

    Hi Bree.
I had already identified the incompatible driver before contacting Dell.
Advanced Micro Devices Version 8.970.100.9001 Name oem159.inf. which Dell claim to be the right one.
Further inquiries with both Dell and MS advise do not uninstall driver.

My problem is where do I find a compatible driver, and how would I know it would be the right driver

If you need the 8.970.100.9001 driver then you appear to have a legacy AMD graphics card. If so, there are no new drivers to be found. Your only options would seem to be to do without Memory Integrity, or to get a newer graphics card.

    AMD said:
ATI Radeon™ HD 4000/ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4000, ATI Radeon™ HD 3000/ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3000, and ATI Radeon™ HD 2000/ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 2000 Series Graphics reached peak performance optimization in October, 2013.

No additional driver releases are planned for these products.

The last operating system supported using the AMD drivers was Microsoft Windows® 8 with the AMD Catalyst 13.1 driver package, which can be downloaded from the AMD Driver page : http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Driver support for these products under Windows® 8.1 and Windows® 10 is only available via Windows Update. Please enable Windows Update to allow it to automatically detect and install display driver version 8.970.100.9001

Memory Integrity provides extra protection on top of that already provided in Windows 10/11 by Windows Security and Core Issolation, but it is not an essential requirement. This may help you decide if you need it, or can live without it....

Do not have a Graphics card installed, just Intel UHD Graphics 730.

Then you have absolutely no use for an AMD graphics driver and it should be safe to remove it.
Back up your system first, then try deleting it.

Very interesting point in your How-to-Geek link. This explains it all.
    Thank you for your help.
