Since moving from using "F-Secure Safe" to using Windows Security / Windows Defender, I can suddenly not longer use TOR and all VPN websites that I have tried (e.g. NordVPN, ProtonVPN) all seem to blocked.
How can I regain my privacy?

Run the dedicated removal tool in case it didn't fully uninstall correctly.
Support tools | F-Secure

Check your hosts file. Check your DNS. Reset your router.
Change IPv4 and IPv6 DNS Server Address in Windows
Reset Hosts file back to default in Windows
Then reboot and test.
i cant really help , but i can say i also have win defender ,and use my VPN regularly ,nothing gets blocked .
TOR i don't use ,but I'm sure if i try it'll be fine too
so what i basically getting at , i doubt its defender ...
