I use Windows Defender in the TP but when it goes final I probably will use Avast Internet Security since I have a two year subscription for it.

It's kinda too early to decide now. For now Defender + Mbam + maybe some of usual "suspects" like Ad-Aware, AdwCleaner and what ever is warranted at the time. also considered. I'm hoping that Defender will greatly improve with time, there's no reason not to if MS wishes it, they are in best position to protect their OS as they are privy to it's deepest secrets.
Sticking with Defender, not because it's very good but because other AVs tend to cause some issues with the Tech Preview. I mean other AVs do work but not without a hitch.
The thing that turns me off about 3rd party AV's is, that, they add so much extra crap you don't need.
All one needs is a full scan when it's installed(better would be offline using a thumb drive but...) and it white lis'st what you already have, then it only needs to work behind Windows fire wall checking what comes in(like BitDefender free, the only one I personally find pretty good).
All the other things, Cookie detector, cleaner, browser add on and specially another firewall, are totally unnecessary even for the most click happy person. Windows firewall's default settings are perfect, all ports (except those for the OS) are closed unless you give permission(like sudo in Linux), of course your UAC settings need to be set correctly.
MS claims that Defender is better than the old MSE so that is what I am currently using.
Also use Defender + Malwarebytes Pro may switch to Avast Free + Malwarebytes Pro later on.
