I have SAS Pro running .. no problems :)

    Attachment 6206
You realise SAS is a spyware removal program (which is very good) not an Anti Virus program. So its not advisable to rely solely on this program.

The pole doesn't mention AVG which is what I use so I've not voted.

Windows Defender+Malwarebytes Pro for now, I'll look at other stuff when I'm more settled with the OS.

This is what I will be doing.

So far Widows Defender and Malwarebytes is doing a great job on my Win 10 install. I'm still using Eset Smart Security on my Window 8.1.1 computers.

AVG Internet Security 2015 (Paid) + Malwarebytes 2.10 Beta (Free)

    ~update~

The free version of Malwarebytes doesn't have real-time scanning mechanism, but it detects some potential threats that AVG doesn't. Having them together makes me fell safe and comfortable !

Good choice. Malwarebytes runs fine alongside with any other AV !

I've used it before too. In my case I'll keep using the free version, furthermore I have a paid subscription of AVG IS 2015. With them together and my sets of backups I'll be just fine in case of a "storm".

I've got a G-Data licence until the end of the year but I'm not sure that it's really useful since I only visit known websites and don't download content.

Nevertheless I don't know why there is still Windows Defender process in the background (antimalware executable service) ...
