    Add Blocker problems


    Hi
    I have signed up to a streaming service but it keeps telling me to remove my "add blocker".
    I am running Windows 10 Ver 21h2 OS build 19044 1806 on an HP laptop. The streaming service is "Channel4".
    I use Kaspersky but on their advice I have bypassed their "banner" blocker for "Channel4".
    My browser is Chrome.
    To be honest I do not know if it is Windows 10 itself or Chrome that is causing this "Add Blocker" problem.
    If anyone can throw some light on this problem I would appreciate it.

    My suggestion is to use another browser (Edge would be fine) and see if you get the same error. If- no, then it's probably Chrome. If - yes, then it's more than likely your AV. I always recommend at least two browsers on a computer.

    Always go for the easiest solution first and that's as easy as it gets. If not then you have some more digging to do.

    Tried EDGE and still having probs so completely disabled Kaspersky and now able to stream.
