Hi, it's not clear in what context or by what means you are receiving this. A picture is worth... so a screenshot would be helpful.

    This might relate e.g. to
What is Account Protection in Windows 11/10 and how to hide this section
    or
Enable or Disable Windows Security in Windows 10

You have told Windows to monitor activity on your other devices and that necessitates use of Bluetooth.

To change that, go to Settings, Accounts, Sign-in options and look under the heading Dynamic lock [which is where clicking on that Dynamic lock settings link would have taken you].

    Clear that checkbox.

    All the best,

You have Dynamic Lock turned on in Settings. Dynamic Lock will automatically turn on the Lockscreen when a paired bluetooth device (eg. the phone in your pocket) moves out of range. If you get up and walk away you PC will be locked. This does require your PC to have bluetooth to be turned on though, and yours is turned off.

If you don't need Dynamic Lock, turn it off as Try3 suggests. If you do want it, then turn on bluetooth as NMI suggests.
