How find the Scan Now in Windows Defender?

Windows 10 Home v 21H2, OS build 19044.1706
Dell XPS 8940 Tower 10th gen Intel Core i7-10700
Dell XPS58940-7262BLK-PUS

I can click on Virus Threat Protection and see Microsoft Defender Antivirus Options but can't find a Scan Now.

What am I missing?

I was doing all that but not finding the Scan Options.

The problem was I also use MalwareBytes and at the bottom of that rectangle it said Open App which I assumed was for MWB. Once I clicked on that, it opened up all the rest that the tutorial shows.
