Encrypt Win10/11 dual boot with Veracrypt?

Is it possible to fully encrypt a Windows 10/Windows 11 dual boot system installed in two separate SSD's (Win 10 in SSD1, Win11 in SSD2) with Veracrypt? Thanks

I have a similar situation, I triple boot. Win10, Win10 and a Linux distro. What hardware are you using?
I run a UEFI machine and it does not allow full disk encryption, just the entire partition.

The last time I tried encryption the OS partition (I have one OS per disk), I chose single boot option and almost bricked my machine, it rebooted and went directly into BIOS/UEFI, without seeing any disks at all. I had to reboot it several times to come out from the test mode. Really scared me. I thought I would never see any of my disks again.
You can hose your system pretty easily and never see it come up again with VeraCrypt. I think the newer UEFI are a particular problem. A much safer method is to encryption a secondary partition, like a container. Create a 200GB partition and encrypt it like a volume.

Hi, I haven't gone deep into making Veracrypt work in my system, maybe a future release will address this issue. In the meantime I'm using Bitlocker, it works perfectly fine and stable. Yes, it's not as secure as Veracrypt probably, but still secure enough and built in the OS, so probably more reliable in terms of compatibility. You can always create file containers with Veracrypt inside the OS for critical files you consider to be more sensitive and create an additional layer of security to Bitlocker.

I think I figured it out. It's not a VeraCrypt issue nor a Win10 issue.
It's an issue with my MSI GT80 Titan machine. I think the problem is that a new bootloader entry messes up the existing bootloader entries. I had to go into bcdedit and remove some of the obsolete entries. I tried to boot off an external bootable Linux SSD, liveboot and it went directly into BIOS. No disks visible. Removed the USB-based liveboot and they are back.

I got the main partition encryption set upon one of the bootable win10 disks, it seems to work nicely.
