Bitlocker encrypting BUT dialogue shows it as off

Hi
New machine. Just getting it configured. Haven't yet figured out how to implement bitlocker (new to TPM and hardware encrypted enabled drives).

So having left it for another day, I see an icon in system tray which when opened states Bitlocker is encrypting. It then took me to backup for the encryption key. I've now lost those dialogues because I went back on it until I know it is legit.

My bitlocker settings: How is bitlocker encrypting when I have not turned it on?

Didn't quite understand your message.
You have the command "manage-bde -status" to check the status of drives and volumes.

You can use this command during the encryption procedure.

Thanks for reply. I have just thought that this may have been a hangover from when I started encryption the other day and then cancelled it....? All drives showing as fully decrypted and protection off. So as I was expecting. Thanks.
