Can I use Emsisoft anti malware if I become moderator?

I think you are misunderstanding the word Moderator, and what the requirements, time and dedication involved, and qualifications are.

Antimalware & Antivirus has NOTHING to do with becoming a Moderator, unless the Forum is specific to that particular aspect of course. This Forum is a Windows 10 Forum, which incorporates EVERYTHING Windows 10 related.
