yubikey won't work on second laptop

Hi, I'm at a dead end (except for this forum) in getting some help with my yubikey. Firstly, as requested by this forum my Windows version number is Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.418).

I've previously used the key ok at home, it has repeatedly generated the 2FA codes as required. Now however I have a new laptop and the key won't work. When I plug it in the yubikey manager dialog box comes up, I have attached some pics of that. But I cannot get it to generate the 2FA codes. I"m away from home, traveling around Thailand and cannot access any of my 2FA protected accounts. So I cannot trade my crypto or access my secure email accounts.

Normally I would have written this product off, but it did work initially and it seems to be a reputable product according to what I can learn from the web. Now I'm hostage to this piece of garbage because without the 2FA codes I cannot access my accounts.

Given that the key shows up on the manager dialog box on this new laptop, is there some way to get it working?

Any help to get this piece of garbage, dysfunctional poo working is appreciated.
