How to get rid of potentially unwanted app (PUA) found?

I get the potentially unwanted app (PUA) found, go to settings, security, app and browser control and see Actions recommended PUA found. I click on Review, get PUA found. Do you want this app to make changes to your device. I click No, but still get PUA found.

Hello SueJohnson and welcome to TF ,

If the screen is asking for Windows Security to make changes to your PC, that's okay - so reply YES to it.

At that stage, the correct answer is Yes.

The app you're being asked about is Windows Security.

If you say No to allowing it to make changes then it can't remove the PUA.

But Windows (Microsoft) defender should automatically quarantine it... Do you try to run suspicious program again?
