Can't fix "Your connection is not private"

Have customer with plain vanilla Windows 10 desktop.
When he clicks on some links, gets
Chrome: Your connection is not private
Edge: Your connection is not secure
    All get " NET:ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

Can reach sites by using Advanced Option.
This happens with a variety of web sites

The only AV on the machine is "Windows Security". NO Norton, McAfee, etc
Windows is updated to latest build.

    Ran Malwarebytes, Adware Removal Tool.
Cleared SSL in Internet Properties, Content, Clear SSL State

    Any other fixes I'm missing?

These days this warning will appear when accessing a website with a HTTP rather than a HTTPS - this is because extra security features are present on the newer HTTPS protocol. If you are sure the site is safe you can as you say circumvent the security warning.

A lot of the time this issue is due to the fact that the protocol HTTPS is more expensive than the older HTTP protocol, so private and smaller commercial users will set up with the cheaper, less secure.

It is a decision for the users to make, "am I happy this site is safe"

Put in a new BIOS/UEFI settings battery, usually a CR2032.

Your PC is of an age when it should be replaced. They cost very little and you are good to go for another 5+ years
