Is this file safe? Windows 7 Start Orb Changer

Hey during a scan with Windows Defender on my PC it flagged this file as PUA:Win32/Presenoker while doing a scan on my laptop with Bitdefender it didn't detect anything.

Now i don't have this file installed or used in both computers but it's saved within my files so is there any risk with this? or it's a false postivie as stated on this page?

Is this bad as in i need to do a fresh OS install just in case it did something to the system's files? or deleting the file is enough? forgot to mention Windows Defender had it as "low" PUA.

Simply downloading and storing files for later use doesn't cause a problem until they are installed. Should be no problem just deleting them if they appear suspicious rather than risk the installing.

Naw... like @Berton said, as long as you didn't install it, it's fine. And lot of tweak tools show things like this anyway.
You might want to check out Open Shell. Release 4.4.160 . Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu . GitHub
It's free, safe and can do a lot with the Start Menu and Orb.

It only has two RED results at Virustotal, and both are from off the wall AVs.

Here's a description of Open Shell...

A lot of people use this with no problems.

Best part is, that once you get everything set the way you want it, you can backup (export), the settings.

Windows 7 Start Orb Changer does not support in Windows 10. Use Open Shell instead
