Unable to do Repair Upgrade due to that firewall can´t be used.

Hi.
Some basic thing in my system is corrupt hence doing a Repair Upgrade. But I´m not able to because I can´t put the firewall on, when I try I get the error message I upload here.

Is that a screenshot from your computer ? You are right on it... And it's disabled... Continue from that point

also tried with a run command to install, make, a new service. Only to get an "Installation failed" message.
And at last, the Windows Firewall Troubleshooter. But that did not work either as you can see. So I kind of ran out of options here right? I can get a DVD from eBay with windows on. Can I make a Repair Upgrade from one of those?

No problem, continue the fix in the video from where you posted the screenshot. Windows Firewall has been renamed somewhere in between two updates... It's now Called Windows Defender Firewall...
