    Windows Defender


    Hi guys I just installed Windows 10 Pro on my laptop I only have defender on it I don't do much email, browse, social media and bank I do my updates daily thinking I will get updates for defender is that true or should consider another option

    Yes, the Defender virus database is updated several times day and the virus engine several times a year. This is all done automatically via Windows Update e.g.:

    You don't need to "do" anything. Windows will update Defender automatically [once or twice a day] without any action being needed on your part.

    Thanks guys far letting Windows update itself what did mean the first thing I do in the morning turning laptop it update system most of the time its the defender data base after I do a quick scan while opening my emails

IS WINDOW DEFENDER enough for new update from win7.should i put more in it?
Hello. Using BitDefender. Cant seem to activate Windows Defender (also). Does Bit Defender prohibit Windows Defender from being activated ? Any idea why I can't activate ? Assuming I can, somehow, do I want both ?
