Host Process For Windows Services-in volume mixer when playing games?

for some reason its only appears when im opening games i have tried to get it to appear by opening discord google chrome (youtube) but nothing seems to open it other than games.

if you have any questions or need further information dont hesitate to ask ill reply within minutes.

I have done full scan with windows defender and nothing suspicious came back and same with malwarebytes

what i want to know really is if i should be worried about it and is there a way to remove it from my volume mixer as I dont like it there xD
