Why my Bandwidth regulator app shows me blocked apps by firewall?

    Hello,

    Windows 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1151)
    EIS
    NetLimiter

I know, I have asking the same question thousands of times, but I have not understand

    Example:
If I have a Disk SpeedUp.exe blocked in my Firewall, why it still appears as active application?

    Thanks
    Camelia

Just a guess but maybe it's a "call home" thing. Could be blocking the Online Feedback feature some programs provide on their Web site.

For a one-time action might check in Task Manager for the names of programs being blocked and End Task on them. For a more permanent solution in the firewall see if there's choices to either allow or continue to block or it may be necessary to uninstall them. Not all programs play fair or in a manner desired by the users.
