Another excellent uninstaller is Hibit Uninstaller, best one I've tried to date.

Any other options that I should look at in Windows Defender and Malwarebytes that are important?

This is the 14 day premium trial version so a lot of features will disappear after that but anything else I should change in Windows Defender or Malwarebytes?
Most of the comments we've made in this thread are really only relevant if you have the paid-for Malwarebytes Premium. If you continue with the free version of Malwarebytes, there will be no real-time Malwarebytes protection running at all, so there is no possible conflict with Windows Defender, which will be your default real-time protection. You can run on-demand scans with Malwarebytes Free at any time without any conflicts.

That is just to say that you do not need any special settings in Malwarebytes Free to avoid conflicts with Windows Defender.

(Of course, if there are files you don't want Malwarebytes Free to scan, you can still set it to skip those.)

    Hello all.
I'm running MB Prem 4.4.4 with Windows Defender with no apparent problems.
I had a free sample of AVG Tuneup offered which seemed to say my PC was about 65% performing which after running was raised up to 93%.
Of course they now want me to pay for a years sub but what do you gents feel about it as I'm all for anything that will/can speed up my PC but I don't want to add something that may fubar my PC.

    Best
