How can I "permanently" disable Windows Defender?

    Hey friends!

I have been trying to disable Windows Defender for 2 days but none of the casual methods on internet works. It just keeps opening up, drives me crazy. I want to close it just because I should be able to do it. What happened to Microsoft? Things were not like that in XP and 7. They turned computers into adult daycare.

If I can't find a proper solution, I'll hope to find a cracked Windows 10 where I can actually be able to control my laptop.

    I tried these methods:
Disabling it on gpedit.msc (it just re-enables itself after restart)
Adding an input on regedit (it deletes itself)
    services.msc is not editable.
    Ultimate Windows Tweaker doesn't work.

How can I permanently disable Windows Defender?

PS: Please do not post your comments about why Windows Defender should be keep opened, or how bigot I am. I am really not interested and I will ignore such comments. Thank you.

I would immediately switch to third-party security software if Microsoft Defender could be disabled by casual methods.

When I unzip it, Windows Defender grabs it and quarantines it before I can even get to it to run it. Tried it three times, starting from a fresh download the second and third times.

Two things are clear from this experience: WD doesn't like hacks that can interfere with it, and WD is running in real time while my Malwarebytes Premium is running in real time, and they aren't interfering with each other at all.

Check in Malwarebytes, under security that 'always register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Centre' is on. That might semi disable Defender.

That will not disable WD, I have it set that way and run both side-by-side

Not sure whether you addressed that to me or to OP, but one of my bad habits is that when I find Internet statements that "Windows Defender will not work if a third-party anti-malware program is installed and running," I do my best to show the author that's incorrect, at least so far as Malwarebytes anti-malware is concerned, by giving him or her the evidence. This quarantining of dControl.exe while MWB is running real-time is just another example for my arsenal.

You gotta disable all of the options you can find in Windows Defender. Otherwise it won't let you to execute the program.
After you open the program, click menu, then tick the option about "exception list".
It works perfectly fine for me!
