I am on windows 10 pro 19043.1052. My computer has been infected they are playing music and have a person text to speaking or something on my computer. I replaced it with a mini laptop and it happened again. I tried almost every antivirus.. They have my address called the police 4 times created baye ad. they said what my house looks like. My kids play videogames and I do online work.

Please download and save FRST 64bit or FRST 32 bit to your Desktop.
Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Make sure that Addition option is checked.
Press Scan button.
It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
Please copy and paste log back .
The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe).
I tried that before but now I cant download anything because of this.
I only have that and the laptop so I cannot.
The part about "My kids play videogames" may be a clue, did the problem on the new machine begin before or after the kids worked on it? Also don't rule out any infection can come from the Internet, company server or Remote Desktop Connection to a different computer. Since the problem is on the older computer and then got on the newer one it could be a Sync issue between the two. Also could be coming from a file stored on OneDrive if using that.
