Still best security practice to use CTRL ALT DEL on Win10?

Does Windows 10 still recommends the use of pressing the CTRL ALT DEL before logging into Windows?
Reason asking, because I remember that almost every Windows NT/2000/XP/7 machine had it for security reasons and was the recommended security policy by most enterprises and businesses.

If I want the most layered security approach, would it be a good idea to set the CTRL ALT DEL sequence keys at the Windows 10 logon screen or is not really needed on Windows 10?

It does make you more secure. There are some brief explanations of it in the intros to the procedures for enabling it

Enable or Disable Secure Sign-In - HTG
but neither particularly recommends it. I cannot find any MS recommendation. TairikuOkami posted an MS link below.

Microsoft developed this feature to make it easier for users with certain types of physical impairments to log on to device running the Windows operating system; however, not having to press the CTRL+ALT+DELETE key combination leaves users susceptible to attacks that attempt to intercept their passwords. Requiring CTRL+ALT+DELETE before users log on ensures that users are communicating by means of a trusted path when entering their passwords.

A malicious user might install malware that looks like the standard logon dialog box for the Windows operating system, and capture a user's password. The attacker can then log on to the compromised account with whatever level of user rights that user has.
