Is it safe to delete these left-over Avast files/folders?

A couple of months ago, I stopped using Avast Security as it seemed to have interfered with several computer/software functions. And, now rely on Defender, Spywareblaster and Malwarebytes. I thought that I had completely uninstalled Avast using its uninstaller (and/or free Revo Uninstaaller,) however I just noticed that there are still many references to Avast when checking out "Avast" with Everything. I'd like to remove these Avast references also, but I'm not sure if this will impact on my computer/Windows 10 (19041.985). So, here are two screen shots of what's left of Avast. BTW, when opening some of these file/folders, some have stuff in them and others have nothing in them? Anyway, here's the scrren shots and I'd like to know just how safe it will be to delete them all? Thanks.

These links claim that the specialist Avast tool will remove everything for you
Using the Uninstall Utility for Avast Antivirus - AvastSupport
Uninstalling Avast Free Antivirus - AvastSupport
Note that they both refer to the same downloadable tool.

I became a convert to using the removal tools provided by antimalware application publishers because I once had a problem four years after uninstalling Norton that their removal tool fixed.
    - There had not been any problems for four years after I uninstalled Norton.
    - I got a second computer, set up a network and found that it worked well apart from failing whilst copying large files.
    - I searched online about the problem and Norton kept getting mentioned.
    - Running their removal tool was such a straightforward thing to try that I did so.
    - The network fault disappeared and never returned.

Thanks very much to OP forposting this. I had never heard of Everything before I read this. I downloaded and ran it myself and found some leftover files from Avast too and a couple other programs.

Funny thing, now that I think about it, that's what I used to uninstall Avast. Thus, why I'm so surprised there was so much Avast junk left on the computer?

I used Avast Clear too when I removed it, I ran it in safe mode, it got rid of Avast well enough to turn Defender back on but I still had Avast junk files that I never knew existed until today.

I knew i wasn't crazy. Actually, I just tried the Avast Clear on my noted left-overs. Computer restarted in Safe Mode, but nothing appeared to be happening when I clicked Uninstall. And then when I got tired of looking at the Avast Cleaner (that apparently was doing nothing,) I clicked its X and got the message that if it closed now it wouldn't finish deleting stuff. So, I left it on. A couple of hours later, I check the left overs, they still were there! With that, I simply deleted the files/folders in my OP.

I have used this video (How to Delete Files Protected by TrustedInstaller in Windows 10 - QUICK AND EASY! - YouTube) to show me how to gain permission to delete the Avast leftovers. It worked for several folders, but not for some others and this is now where I need some help.

In following the video for the win/sxs folder, I may have done something wrong as I couldn't delete the Avast items within this folder, and need to gain permissions again. As I have made changes in this folders Security tab, I have two questions:

It is my understanding that making the changes to gain permission, also reduces the folder's security. I am the only user of this computer.
    1. So, do you suggest that restore the security to these folders?
    2. If so, how do revert the folders to their original, more secure state?
    Thanks.

I have been trying to delete Avast leftovers by taking ownership of the folders the troublesome files are in, but this doesn't seem to work. I have verified that I am the owner of these folders and not TrustedInstaller. Here is a screen shot of the files that are not going away:

Those files with the this path: C:\Windows\WinSxS, when right clicking and selecting Delete, the Delete is still showing Administrtor icon even though I have verified that I am owner???

The other files, when right clicked, and Open Path is selected, I get that they can't be found???

I'm thinking that the answer/solution is an easy one, but only easy for those who know what they are doing...as I am notwat a complete loss on how to finish the job of deleting these leftovers.
