Thank you so very much for your reply.

The item that you need - in big black letters - a FLASH DRIVE (which you said you didn't have) so you can create a bootable flash drive.

Once you have bought a nice new flash drive (check the size needed with the tutorial) you can

create a Win 10 bootable flash drive

    Once you have

a Win 10 bootable flash drive

you can clean install Win 10.

You don't have a FLASH DRIVE.

    You need to get one.

I do hope that it's clear you need to buy a large enough FLASH DRIVE.

Your screenshot shows Tamper Protection "this setting managed by your administrator"...i'm guessing you are not logged into an admin acct and therefor have no admin rights to turn things like that on or off.

A group Policy setting will grey things out but i'm pretty sure your issue is Admin related. Goto control panel - user accts
Does it say Local Account - Administrator

Are you sure that this must be done with a FLASH DRIVE and can't be done without a FLASH drive? If yes then why it must be done with a FLASH drive and can't be done without a FLASH DRIVE?

Also how do I get a FLASH DRIVE?
If can buy a FLASH DRIVE then where can I buy one and what is the price or cost of one FLASH DRIVE? Is it cheap or expensive?

Also what do you mean by a large enough FLASH DRIVE? What is the number in units of MB or GB that the size of the FLASH DRIVE must exceed?

Is this also possible to do the same task (clean install windows 10) with a DVD instead of a FLASH drive?

Also will this also work if I mount Windows 10.iso, then restart my computer and then hold down F12 and then clean install windows 10 from the DOS boot menu and screen?

You'll have to use a dual layer DVD (8.5GB)

    No - for second question.
